Privacy notice
What we collect from the contact form
Your name, organisation, email address, and optionally your phone number, team size, areas of interest and message. We ask for these so we can answer your enquiry — nothing on that form is required for any other purpose.
Who processes it
Submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes them to our inbox. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list from this form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up an earlier conversation, then deleted.
Your learning progress
Your XP, streak, completed lessons, badges and exam attempts are stored in your own browser using localStorage. They never leave your device and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data removes them permanently. No account is required and we set no advertising or analytics cookies.
The AI Advisor
Messages you send to the Advisor are relayed through our own server to an AI provider to generate a reply. Do not include confidential or personal information in them. Conversations are not linked to your identity.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to kwestio@jad2advisory.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your national supervisory authority; in Morocco, to the CNDP.
