What PRINCE2 7 covers
PRINCE2 7 Foundation covers the method principles, practices, processes and the people element introduced in the 7th edition. It tests whether you can recognise and describe how PRINCE2 structures a project: business justification, defined roles, management by stages and by exception, and the management products that carry decisions.
